New and noteworthy titles from AERA are available for purchase for single users in the easy-to-use online eBook format at ebooks.aera.net. Discounts are available for AERA members; discounts codes, which can be copied and pasted into the ebooks.aera.net site, are listed in the "My AERA" member portal visible after logging into your account at www.aera.net.
For institutional eBook access, please visit the AERA eBook store. To order multiple Online eBooks, update the quantity, then complete the checkout process. A list of authorization codes will be emailed to you after you complete the checkout process, which you can then distribute to your patrons. Please send your patrons the following email template which includes instructions on how to access the Online eBook.
1. Copy the authorization code.
2. Visit the AERA eBook store via https://ebooks.aera.net.
3. On the bottom left side you will see the title “Authorization Codes”.
4. Paste your code and press submit. The eBook will automatically be added to your cart.
5. During checkout you will be prompted to fill out billing information. This is necessary to automatically create an account for you to access the Online eBook.
6. Now you can read the Online eBook from your My eLibrary.
Print only and print/eBook bundle orders are fulfilled through the AERA Bookstore (eBook only orders can be placed at ebooks.aera.net). After a bundle is purchased, you will receive an email from AERA that includes a link to the eBook sales platform and a coupon for free access. Emails will be sent within 24 hours of receipt during AERA’s business hours (the AERA office is closed on federal holidays).
