Dear Colleagues,
I'm writing to invite your school to participate in the second cohort of our Academic Flourishing Initiative (AFI) at Harvard University.
AFI aims to help universities fill a significant gap in typical approaches to on-campus assessment, by focusing attention on student flourishing, university community well-being, and student’s perceptions of the university’s contributions to their formation for lives of integrity, civic service, and flourishing more broadly.
The AFI is a research consortium of colleges and universities working with us at HFH and with one another to implement a common campus-wide assessment and to pool their insights into how best to promote academic flourishing on their campuses and across higher education. Membership in the AFI is $10, 000 per year for institutions that join by November 30th, 2026, after which the cost will rise to $12, 000 per year. Participation can occur institution-wide or through an individual school, college, or academic unit.
If you intend to join, please begin by filling out our Project Planning Form.
Further inquiries about the AFI can be directed to Roza Nalbandyan.
