Equity and Inclusion Committee Promotes the equity and inclusion goals of AERA, implement activities in support of facilitating outreach efforts within Division D, promote and monitor diversity in division activities, and represent the division on the association's Equity and Inclusion Council. International Committee Promote membership and full participation of international education researchers in Division D activities. Chair: Jiawei Xiong
Membership Committee Implements activities designed to reach out and inform individuals about the many benefits of membership in Division D with the goals of recruiting and maintaining members. Chair: Kyle Cox
Mentoring Committee Implements activities designed to provide outreach and support to Division D members who are entering or have newly entered an applied research setting. Chair: Carolyn Hetrick

Outstanding Dissertation Award Committee Recognize dissertations that make outstanding contributions to educational research methodology. Sections 1 and 4 of Division D sections are represented on this committee. Chairs: Xuelen Qiu (Section 1) and Merve Kursav (Section 4)
Robert L. Linn Distinguished Address Award This award recognizes the important contributions of Robert L. Linn to educational measurement and assessment policy. This annual award honors a scholar whose work bridges educational measurement and some other significant area of research (e.g., assessment policy, learning theory, curriculum, and instruction) and has resulted in a widespread positive impact on the field of educational measurement.
