This section welcomes submissions that promote and embody work connecting disciplines, contexts, and perspectives within educational measurement, psychometrics, and assessment. We welcome research that not only advances innovative methods but also critically engages with historical foundations to reimagine more humane and equitable futures for assessment practices. Submissions may include the development and application of methodologies that support both classroom-based and large-scale assessments across diverse settings and populations. We also encourage work that pushes the boundaries of traditional test theories, introduces novel forms of assessment, and addresses persistent challenges in educational research. In doing so, this section seeks contributions that inform policy and practice while fostering more inclusive, just, and forward-looking approaches to measurement and assessment.
