AERA provides file storage space to Divisions on its SharePoint content and document management system. Each Division’s SharePoint folder serves as a repository for Division-related documents and files and enables Division officers to share and edit content with other Division officers. If you need access to your Division's SharePoint drive, or if you have forgotten how to access your SharePoint drive, please contact AERA-SharePoint@aera.net.
Access to Membership Lists: AERA is currently working with our new association management database vendor to build out access for Division officers to 2026 membership lists. Access to these reports will be unveiled as part of AERA's new website, set to launch at the end of 2026. In the meantime, if you need a list of 2026 members, please email governance@aera.net, and we can run that list for you. For continuing officers, please note that any membership lists you see on the webpage where you could previously download membership and financial reports are NOT accurate. Those reports are pointing to the old, retired membership database and do not reflect your current membership numbers.
Access to Financial Reports: Division financial reports from October 2025 to present are available on your Division’s SharePoint drive. Once you log into your SharePoint drive, you can find the financial report(s) at: Finances and Administration\Budgets and Financial Reports. If you need access to your Division’s SharePoint drive, or if you have forgotten how to access your SharePoint drive, please contact AERA-SharePoint@aera.net. For access to financial reports prior to October 2025, please email governance@aera.net.
All current Division officers are authorized to send messages to their Division members through their Division’s general announcement and student announcement listservs. The listserv lists are live, and any new Division members will begin receiving new postings immediately after joining. Division officers are encouraged to use their listservs as their primary means of email communication to their members. Your general announcement listserv address is AERA_DIVISION_X-ANNOUNCE@LISTSERV.AERA.NET, where "X" is your Division letter (e.g., A, B, C). Your student announcement listserv address is AERA_DIVISION_X_STUDENT-ANNOUNCE@LISTSERV.AERA.NET, where "X" is your Division letter (e.g., A, B, C).
