2025 Annual Meeting Theme
The theme for 2025 is "Research, Remedy, and Repair: Toward Just Education Renewal."

Location and Dates
The meeting will be held in Denver April 23 through April 27.

The meeting will be held at the Colorado Convention Center. The headquarter hotels are the Hyatt Regency CCC, Hilton Denver City Center, and Grand Hyatt.

2025 Submissions Deadline
Submissions were due on August 2, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (extended from July 26). They are now closed.

New Presentation Option for 2025
Submitters will have the option of electing to submit a paper that, if accepted, will not be presented onsite, but instead will be presented virtually in the AERA i-Presentation Gallery. Authors can be contacted for chats or video sessions through the Gallery during the Annual Meeting. There will be a registration fee for presenting authors who choose the virtual-only option.
