White House Releases STEM Education Strategic Plan On December 4, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the National Science and Technology Council’s Committee on STEM Education released a five-year STEM education strategic plan to ensure that all Americans have access to high-quality STEM education and that the United States is a global leader in STEM literacy, innovation, and employment.
