Access to Recent Financial Reports: SIG financial reports from September 2025 to present are available on your SIG’s SharePoint drive. Once you log into your SharePoint drive, you can find the financial report(s) at: SIG-XXX\Finances and Administration\Budgets and Financial Reports (where XXX is your three-digit SIG number). If you need access to your SIG’s SharePoint drive, or if you have forgotten how to access your SharePoint drive, please contact AERA-SharePoint@aera.net. 

Access to Historical Financial Reports: Your SIG’s historical financial reports through August 2025 are still available through the AERA website, as follows:

1. Login at www.aera.net (click LOGIN at the top of the page)
2. Select the “Click Here for NOAH (My AERA)” option and enter your username and password. (This is the username and password you used in 2025 prior to our switch to the new membership database in October 2025.)
3. This should take you to your MY AERA page. If it does not, use the MY AERA link at the top of the page to navigate to your MY AERA page.
4. On the MY AERA page, in the “Membership” section, click on MEMBER RESOURCES.
5. On the MEMBER RESOURCES page, click on SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP TOOLS.
6. From this webpage, you can download historical financial statements by selecting from the list of options below the SIG name.
7. Any membership lists you may see on this page are NOT accurate. They are pointing to the old, retired membership database. Until our IT and membership database colleagues build out access to membership reports for SIG officers, please contact sigs@aera.net, to request a current list of SIG members.

Access to Membership Lists: AERA is currently working with our new association management database vendor to build out access for SIG officers to 2026 membership lists. In the meantime, if you need a list of 2026 members, please email sigs@aera.net, and we can run that list for you. Please note that any membership lists you see on the webpage where you can download historical financial reports are NOT accurate. Those reports are pointing to the old, retired membership database and do not reflect your current membership numbers.

Listservs

All current SIG officers are authorized to send messages to their SIG members through their SIG’s announcement listserv. The announcement listserv list is live, and any new SIG members will begin receiving new postings immediately after joining. SIG officers are encouraged to use this listserv as their primary means of email communication to their members. SIG Chairs are also authorized to send messages to their SIG’s lapsed members through their SIG’s lapsed member listserv. For information about accessing your SIG’s listservs, please contact sigs@aera.net.
