Three training sessions for the Annual Meeting virtual platform took place the week of March 21 for exhibitors, session presenters, and session chairs. Recordings of the three sessions are available to watch on demand. AERA strongly encourages anyone who will be running or hosting a session to watch the session recording to ensure a trouble-free experience during the Annual Meeting.
Frequently asked questions from the Q&A during the trainings will be made available as well. Attendees will have the opportunity to set up their profiles in the virtual platform when it opens this week. While the sessions will be held on Zoom, the presentations will not be accessible from a direct Zoom link—they will be accessed using the Annual Meeting virtual platform. Presenters and chairs of sessions are strongly recommended to set up their profiles in advance of the day of their presentation; otherwise they will not be able to access their sessions.
Please note: If the Zoom link is shared on social media, the session will be terminated. This policy is in place to avoid “Zoombombing” or unregistered attendees joining the session.
These trainings do not provide information about how to use the i-Presentation Gallery. Separate trainings will be available for i-Presentation.
