The early bird deadline registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting has been extended to March 10. AERA extended the deadline from February 20 due to the disruptions faced by many researchers related to executive branch actions on grants and contracts.
“AERA is aware of attendees who are trying to work out their travel and participation schedules for the 2025 Annual Meeting,” said AERA Executive Director Felice J. Levine. “Due to the recent disruptions, we have chosen to provide more time for interested attendees to navigate their plans.”
The deadline for program changes and presenting authors to register for the Annual Meeting is March 7.
The preliminary program with all accepted sessions and plenary sessions was released on January 17.
The online searchable program can be browsed by day and time, presenter/participant name or affiliation, session title/topic, or paper title/topic. The program is available on the AERA website or by logging in to My AERA. For help logging in, contact members@aera.net or call (202) 238-3200 and select option 2.
