The deadline for 2023 Annual Meeting presenting authors to upload final papers is March 10. This is the same date as the deadline for presenting authors to register for the meeting.

Instructions to upload final papers are as follows:

• To upload final papers, log in to My AERA by clicking “Login” at the top of the main AERA webpage. Scroll down to “2023 AERA Annual Meeting Online Portal – Upload Final Paper.”
• Under the general menu, click on “Upload Final Paper.” Scroll down to the Submissions tab and click the upload link in the action column located to the right of the title for the paper to upload.
• An “Upload Final Draft” screen will appear. At the top of the page, click either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to participate in the AERA Online Repository. Upload the paper and click “Accept and Continue” at the bottom right of the screen.
• To upload a further revised paper before the March 10 deadline, repeat the steps above. A paper cannot be edited once it is uploaded. Uploading a new paper will replace a previously uploaded paper.

AERA encourages all presenters to make their full-text papers available to the AERA Online Paper Repository as a way to distribute their research more widely. Papers included in the repository receive a digital object identifier (DOI), a persistent identifier that makes authors’ work easier to discover, locate, and cite.
