Early bird registration for the 2023 Annual Meeting closes on March 10. That date is also the deadline for all 2023 Annual Meeting presenting authors to register, extended from the original deadline of February 10.

AERA’s policy is that each paper must have one or more presenting authors and that all presenting authors must register no later than the designated date of March 10. Individuals who are not listed as presenting authors cannot present at the Annual Meeting.

If a presenting author does not register for the meeting by March 10, their name will be removed as a presenting author. If no presenting author for a paper has registered by March 10, the paper will be removed from the program.
