August 2025

AERA has launched both the 2025 Online Paper Repository and the 2025 i-Presentation Gallery. More than 4,675 full-text papers were added to repository and close to 2,200 presentations to the gallery. Together, these open-access resources provide access to the content of paper, roundtable, and poster sessions and symposia from the 2025 AERA Annual Meeting.

The i-Presentation Gallery features thousands of presentations since the gallery’s launch in 2020. The gallery allows users to view presentations in a web-based format. They area able to search by division, SIG, or other submission unit; keyword or method; and author, abstract, title, or institution. Users can contact authors worldwide through the gallery to schedule a live video or written chat. All presentations receive a unique digital object identifier (DOI) that makes authors’ work easier to discover, locate, and cite.

The 2025 additions to the Online Paper Repository represent 47 percent of the papers presented at the meeting. In total, nearly 63,000 full-text papers from the past 16 AERA annual meetings are available online. Since 2017, each full-text paper has been assigned a DOI. The searchable repository also includes abstracts of all scientific presentations given at AERA annual meetings since 2010. For information about papers presented before 2010, users can consult the online program archives (available back to 2005) or contact authors directly.

AERA encourages all presenters to make their full-text papers and presentations available to the repository and gallery to disseminate their research more widely, enhance use, and allow for appropriate acknowledgment.
