More than 11,000 2023 AERA Annual Meeting registrants have already used the online platform that serves as the virtual hub for the conference. AERA will be providing additional training on May 2 for those participating in and attending the virtual component of the Annual Meeting (May 4–5). Invitations will be sent from AERA 2023 (info@vfairs.com) to all meeting registrants by April 29.

There will be two training sessions offered on May 2. The first session, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm ET, is focused on those participating in the virtual meeting as session chairs, discussants, and presenters. The second session, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm ET, is for those who will be at the virtual meeting as attendees.

All participants and attendees are welcome to attend; recordings of the sessions will be available to watch on demand after the training sessions. AERA encourages anyone who will be running or hosting a session to attend the training to ensure a trouble-free experience during the virtual component of the Annual Meeting.
