AERA welcomes the education research community, including those who attended the place-based component of the 2023 Annual Meeting in Chicago (April 13–16), to attend the virtual component of the meeting on May 4–5. The conference is hosted on an online platform and is available for viewing on a mobile app.

The online platform and mobile app will provide access to live sessions, the searchable online program, and recordings of web-streamed session from the place-based component of the Annual Meeting in Chicago (April 13–16).

Personalized links to claim online account access were e-mailed to registrants from AERA 2023 (info@vfairs.com). Those who have registered for the meeting and have not received their link should first check their spam filter. Those who did not receive a link should email aera2023@getvfairs.io with their full name and the e-mail address they used when registering for the Annual Meeting. Registrants received an email from vFairs with detailed instructions on downloading and using the app. Registrants will enter their email address used to register for the Annual Meeting and will receive a one-time-password (OTP) at that e-mail address. Users will need to enter the OTP on the login screen to gain access to the app. For assistance, please email aera2023@getvfairs.io with your full name and e-mail address. Registrants who have already used the online platform or the mobile app have nothing more to do but to determine which sessions they wish to attend and who they may wish to connect with.
