In 2024, you told us that you valued networking, community, and connections, but that AERA can be too big, too difficult to connect with others, and that as part of the higher education community, you often do not feel included. In response, this Spring we will launch Division J Community & Connections.

1. Designating our AERA Business-J Meeting & Reception as the key on-site location for Division J Community & Connections. The Business Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 9^th , 6:15-7:15 pm, JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE, Floor: 4th Floor, Diamond 9.
   
   
2. Coming Fall 2026: Be on the lookout for our Community & Connections Series, short on guest lectures, long on opportunities to engage virtually with other higher education scholars on topics important to you, like grant support for research and building collaborative research relationships.
