The CASE SIG is comprised of a vibrant group of researchers exploring the social and educational phenomenon shaping the lives and engagement of the peoples of the Caribbean, Africa and its diaspora. It is a research community committed to amplifying the epistemic traditions and methodological approaches that can be deployed to define the complexity of our identities and cultures while driving transformative and regenerative action across our societies. This year, the members of the executive will be attending to:

  1. Advancing scholarship by enhancing the visibility of the research of members of the CASE SIG.
  2. Enabling collaboration through increased opportunities for networking and mentoring.
  3. Amplifying the impact of the CASE SIG scholarship by supporting the dissemination of research from the membership which seek to inform policy, pedagogy, curriculum development, professional identities and sustainable development anywhere Caribbean and African people work and live.

I hope that this year you will join us in sharing your skills, research and experiences. Thank you for your support in the past and thank you for your commitment to increasing our membership through social and professional engagements. We look forward to engaging with you over the next few months.

Make a beautiful day!
