Dear Philanthropy and Education Community, 

We are delighted to inform you that the AERA 2024 Annual Meeting Call for Submissions is now available on the AERA website. We encourage you to consider a paper or session submission to the Philanthropy & Education SIG. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, on July 31, 2023.

The 2024 Annual Meeting has a dual component: place-based in Philadelphia, PA, and on a virtual platform. When you advance a paper or session submission, you will also indicate whether you wish your paper or session, if accepted, to be presented in-person in Philadelphia or virtually.

The overall conference theme is "Dismantling Racial Injustice and Constructing Educational Possibilities: A Call to Action.” 

 

The Philanthropy and Education SIG aims to promote scholarship that brings together researchers, practitioners and members of the philanthropic communities committed to developing and disseminating knowledge about the role of philanthropy in education policy, research and practice.
