Announcing our SIG's 2025 Annual Meeting Awards. 

The Constructivist Theory, Research, and Practice SIG is excited to announce our annual awards program! This is your chance to gain recognition for your outstanding work and support to attend the AERA Annual Meeting. Awards include:

1. Graduate Student Travel Award ($250 Honorarium)

This award supports a graduate student with travel expenses to the AERA Annual Meeting. To apply, submit a one-page essay describing your relationship with the SIG and why you should win this award. Essays must be submitted via email to Program Chair, Annemarie Kaczmarczyk at kaczmarczyk_ab@mercer.edu by January 1.

2. Outstanding Student Paper Award ($250 Honorarium)

Recognizing the best AERA Annual Meeting paper led by a student, this award highlights empirical research grounded in constructivist theory. Detailed eligibility requirements and submission instructions are provided in the attached file. Submissions are due to the Award Committee Chair, Annemarie Kaczmarczyk at kaczmarczyk_ab@mercer.edu by January 1.

3. Outstanding Conference Submission Award

 This award honors the best AERA Annual Meeting paper submitted to SIG-CTRP. All papers accepted to the AERA Annual Meeting as part of SIG-CTRP are automatically considered unless authors opt-out by contacting the Program Chair, Annemarie Kaczmarczyk at kaczmarczyk_ab@mercer.edu by January 1. More information can be found in the attached file.
