SIG Purpose

The purpose of the Classroom Assessment SIG is to generate more interest and focus on classroom assessment, a critical component in the teaching and learning processes.  Members of the SIG are a diverse group and it is our hope that the SIG will be the intellectual home for individuals interested in classroom assessment and that it will provide opportunities for the sharing of work, creating new collaborations, and providing mentoring for graduate students.

 

 
 
Call for Submissions for Monthly SIG Communication

Each month, we would like to feature a brief piece that highlights work that is being carried out in the area of classroom assessment by SIG members. If you have work that you would like to share with the SIG audience, please send Dustin Van Orman (dustin.vanorman@wsu.edu) a brief (~1 page) write-up that can be included in the monthly communication. Please feel free to reach out to any member of the executive committee with suggestions or comments.
