Jui-Teng Li, Ph.D.
Dr. Jui-Teng Li serves as the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation in the Office of Rural Promise at Appalachian State University. He and his team lead a wide range of research and evaluation activities that support 27 rural school districts across western North Carolina, including the design, validation, and implementation of survey instruments, program evaluation, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
