The SRE SIG annual meeting comprises a business meeting and a social hour. Generally, these events follow one of its paper presentation sessions. Members and non-members are encouraged to attend both the business meeting and social hour. Typical activities of the business meeting include, but are not limited to, the following:
Newcomers are strongly encouraged to attend the social hour, during which they will have an opportunity to interact with members of the SIG and learn more about how they can become involved in SIG activities.
The 2026 annual meeting sessions will be held at the AERA Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, CA, from Thursday, April 9, through April 12, 2026.
