2023 AERA ANNUAL MEETING CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Chicago, Illinois, and Virtual Platform

Place-based in Chicago:  April 13–16

Virtual: May 4–5


The Call for Submissions for the 2023 AERA Annual Meeting is open. The deadline for submissions is July 27, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PT. 

The 2023 AERA Annual Meeting will be held in Chicago, Illinois from Thursday, April 13 to Monday, April 17, 2023 and virtually from Thursday, May 4 to Friday, May 5. The theme is “Interrogating Consequential Education Research in Pursuit of Truth.”

The portal must be used for all paper or session submissions for consideration by a division, special interest group, or committee. Please review the Call for Submissions as it contains important information about this year's Annual Meeting theme and submission requirements.

2. Log in
3. Click "My AERA" at the top of the page
4. Scroll down to the 2023 Annual Meeting and click "Online program portal"
