Teaching History SIG Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Award

The Teaching History SIG Outstanding Award recognizes a paper of outstanding quality presented by a graduate student during our SIG’s program at the AERA annual meeting. It is awarded every other year (on even years).

Congratulations to Brittany Jones! Winner of the AERA 2022 Teaching History SIG Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Award, for her research titled: "Difficult-ish: Amplifying Black Social Studies Teachers’ Pedagogies to Reimagine What We Mean by Difficult Histories."
