Meeting Policies and Support Services

On-Site Services

Headquarters Office
The AERA Headquarters Office is in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 300 Level, Room 303AB. It is open during these hours:

  • Wednesday, April 10 – 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm ET
  • Thursday, April 11 – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET
  • Friday, April 12 – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET
  • Saturday, April 13 – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET
  • Sunday, April 14 – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm ET

The Headquarters Office phone number has yet to be assigned.

Information Services Desk
The Information Services Desk, located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the Grand Hall, enables you to join the Association and obtain information about the Association and the Annual Meeting. The Information Services Desk is open during registration hours.

Internet Access in Headquarter Hotels
Free WiFi is available in all meeting rooms where sessions are being held at the headquarter hotels.  To connect to WiFi, attendees should scan for wireless networks, click to connect on the AERA2024 network, and enter “AERA2024” (using UPPERCASE letters) when prompted for the password. You need to scan for the wireless network at each venue and connect using the password. This network and password apply only to the meeting rooms. AERA will be providing maximum WiFi capacity at all headquarter hotels. The AERA WiFi network does not work in the hotel sleeping rooms.

Accessibility Services Desk
AERA is committed to offering an accessible environment for all attendees. The Association strives to support persons with special needs while they are attending the Annual Meeting. An Accessibility Services Desk is located in the registration area, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Grand Hall, 200 Level.   The direct telephone number for the Accessibility Services Desk has not been assigned yet. Registrants needing special services such as ASL interpreters are encouraged to visit.

  • Thursday, April 11, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm ET
