The purposes of the Supervision and Instructional Leadership SIG are:  

1. To provide a professional forum for those who are involved in current research, theory and practice in supervision and instructional leadership.
2. To encourage the development and dissemination of manuscripts on current research, theory and practice of supervision and instructional leadership.
3. To maintain interest in, recognition of and support for the field of supervision and instructional supervision.
