Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum ($15,000)
Includes Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorship items plus:

  • Sponsorship of the AERA Annual Meeting WiFi with signage at each of the hotels
  • Banner ad rotating at top of Mobile App Dashboard page with click-through to a full screen Landing Page where you can provide further promotion
  • One (1) additional complimentary registration (for a total of three registrations)
  • One (1) additional complimentary text message alert on the AERA Mobile App (for a total of three messages)
  • Special recognition on signage at the Colorado Convention Center. If you are exhibiting in Denver: Exhibit Hall Map has your booth space background colorized on the app’s interactive exhibit floor map.

Gold ($10,000)
Includes silver sponsorship items plus:

  • Reception sponsorship of your choice
  • One (1) additional complimentary registration (for a total of two registrations)

Silver ($5,000)
Includes bronze sponsorship items plus:

  • One (1) complimentary registration to invite your prospective/preferred client to attend
  • One (1) complimentary Text Message Alert on Mobile App

2025 Annual Meeting Silver Sponsors

Bronze ($3,000)
Includes silver sponsorship items plus:

  • Recognition in Annual Meeting AERA Insider Newsletter (Starting in April and daily at Annual Meeting)

Affiliate Group Space

AERA Affiliate Group Space is an ideal opportunity to convene and collaborate in conjunction with the AERA Annual Meeting. Schools of education, research institutions, publishers, journals, and other organizations aligned with AERA’s mission to use scholarly research to improve education and serve the public good can host networking events and receptions as well as other gatherings including board meetings, workshops, and seminars.
