The purposes of the Structural Equation Modeling and Multilevel Modeling Methods (SEM-MLM) SIG are to provide a forum for the dissemination and discussion of methodological issues related to the theory, applications, and teaching of statistical and computational modeling that integrates complex and evolving methodologies in the social sciences, including latent variables, complex data structures, and advanced computational techniques.
