Charter schools continue to be controversial, as many people still debate their effectiveness and whether to promote them through formal policies. As the second decade of the charter school movement closes, it is important to compare the movement’s intended purposes with its results. In this session, education researchers reveal the results of several studies aimed at doing just that.
