AERA et al. Bring Science to Bear in Major Affirmative Action Case
The American Educational Research Association has filed an amicus brief as Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin comes before the U.S. Supreme Court. “AERA has a fundamental interest in the accurate presenta­tion of educa­tion research on these impor­tant ques­tions of law,” asserted Felice Levine, the association’s executive director.
