Exhibits and Sponsorships Resources:

AERA is excited to announce new offerings and developments at our 2019 Annual Meeting in Toronto! The exhibit hall will be more compact and easily navigated on one level. We have a large floor plan with many corner booths in Exhibit Hall B that will be proximal to the plenary, roundtable, and poster sessions in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. AERA is committed to having increased signage and staff to direct attendees to the exhibit hall to make sure you have great traffic in the hall.

In 2019 we will offer two new sponsorship opportunities: a Coffee Break with Exhibitors and Registration Marketing Opportunities. The coffee break will be held inside the AERA Exhibit Hall on Saturday, April 6. This coffee break provides your company a unique, high-visibility branding opportunity. Sponsor may provide cups and/or napkins (at sponsor’s expense) and during the one-hour event may have one company representative present at each of the coffee stations to engage with attendees. Sponsor recognition signage will include your company name, logo, and booth number.

Registration Marketing Opportunities are a low cost, effective way to market to our attendees. This sponsorship opportunity will give your company the opportunity to leave a flier or marketing piece at a designated table in the registration area at the 2019 AERA Annual Meeting. This table for fliers will be in the same area as the program and tote bag distribution for high visibility.
