Create Your Online Platform Profile
The online platform is now open, allowing time for presenters and attendees to explore and become familiar with the platform and all that is available. In order to access the online platform, registered attendees will need to create a profile. Regardless if you are attending virtually or in person, the online platform will serve as the program for the Annual Meeting. Annual Meeting attendees should set up their profile as soon as possible to ensure there are no technical difficulties before the meeting begins.

Registered attendees were emailed an invitation on April 1 from with a personalized link to set up their profile in the online platform. For the best experience, use Chrome or Firefox as your browser.To create your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click the link in the invitation to claim your account.
  2. Fill in the required information and create a password with a minimum of 6 characters.
    1. ​You will be asked to enter your NOAH ID, which is the same as your AERA account number. You can find your AERA account number by signing into the AERA website and going to the MyAERA page. 
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Select "Complete Your Profile."
  5. Upload your headshot and edit your details to further personalize your profile.

Other attendees will be able to view your public profile. For your privacy, your email address and phone number will not be displayed or shared without your permission.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to create your personalized agenda by selecting the plus icon next to each session in the full program. If you are a presenter, chair, or discussant, your sessions will automatically be populated in your personal agenda. If you need additional help, you can email Pathable's support team at

Download the Mobile App
You can download the 2022 Annual Meeting mobile app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store 
and leverage the app for your place-based attendance. Both virtual and place-based sessions are fully integrated into the schedule.

The online platform and mobile app will serve as the program for the Annual Meeting. There will be no printed programs at the place-based event in San Diego, so attendees will need to access the online platform on either desktop or the mobile app to view the schedule.
