Registration Policies

For general registration information, read Fact Sheet 1: Virtual Annual Meeting Registration.

AERA Registration Support:

To add to or edit your registration log in to your AERA account and click ‘My AERA’ at the top of the page. On the ‘My AERA’ page, scroll down to the ‘2021 Annual Meeting’. Click ‘View and Add Events to Existing Registration’. Guest Registration:

No guest registration rate is offered for the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting. All participants must register for the meeting at the member or nonmember rates included in Registration Information and Rates.

Registration Payment:

Registration fees may be charged to American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment. Make checks for registration payable to AERA in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. No registration will be processed without applicable payment.

Refunds:

The deadline for refunds was March 15. It is the policy of AERA that registration is not transferable.

No refunds will be given for participants who have Internet outages. All sessions will be recorded. If attendees experience a power outage they can access the session via the On Demand library when their internet access has been restored. Sessions will be available in the On Demand library approximately 36 hours after the conclusion of the session and will be available to meeting registrants for one year after the conclusion of the Virtual Annual Meeting.
