Today, August 25, AERA opened the 2022 AERA i-Presentation Gallery, providing open access to more than 1,700 presentations from 2022 Annual Meeting paper, roundtable, and poster sessions and symposia.

“We are thrilled to make these presentations open to interested users worldwide,” said AERA Executive Director Felice J. Levine. “The i-Presentation Gallery offers users an innovative way of viewing presentations from authors who wish to locate their presentations in the gallery.” 

AERA first introduced the i-Presentation Gallery in 2020 even though the 2020 Annual Meeting had been cancelled with the onset of COVID, and used it for the 2021 Annual Meeting.

For authors, the i-Presentation Gallery provides a user-friendly vehicle to present their papers in a dynamic format that allows an overall narration as well as audio or video capture within any slide as part of its display. Authors can activate a chat function and also schedule a virtual session to meet up with other interested scholars. Through this portal, authors can receive messages and/or respond to Q&A on a continuing basis throughout the year and year to year. All presentations receive a unique digital object identifier (DOI) that makes authors’ work easier to discover, locate, and cite.
