What can NAEP Data Tell Us about Student Knowledge in Social Studies?

In collaboration with the AERA Social Studies Research SIG, the AERA NAEP Studies SIG presented the webinar "What can NAEP Data Tell Us about Student Knowledge in Social Studies?" on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM ET.
 
During this session, the panelists provided an overview of the NAEP social studies assessments, discussed the latest results released earlier this year, and presented research findings using the NAEP social studies data.  The panelists also explored connections between NAEP social studies assessments and current social studies research and discussed the significance of NAEP for social studies education.
