On Dec 7th Dr. LaTonya Goffney and Dr. LeAnne Salazar-Montoya shared with a nationwide audience the challenges, barriers and opportunities ahead, and strategies they have used to be successful in the role of Superintendent.  The discussion was moderated by Dr. Sharon Ross who prompted our panelists to provide their advice on a wide range of issues, particularly those facing Women in the Superintendency.
