Research on Catholic education is vital not only to understanding the effectiveness of our faith-based approach to education, but to understanding its role in the educational ecosystem.  For this reason the Catholic Education SIG plays a critical role as members conduct and disseminate research on Catholic schools. A goal of our SIG is to increase our visibility within AERA, particularly in membership and the number of presentation proposals. Please invite your colleagues to join our efforts to transform Catholic education through research and sharing of their findings at AERA.

Details to come on our next meeting! Since the upcoming spring face-to-face meeting in San Francisco has been canceled due to COVID19, we are working on a virtual alternative to host paper sessions, a symposium, roundtable discussions, posters, and a business meeting. Stay tuned!
