Message from SIG Chair

Amanda Wager, SIG Chair

Hello Arts & Learning SIG Members! I am honoured to serve as Chair of the Arts & Learning Special Interest Group until 2022. As Chair, I hope to encourage both current and new member involvement in the SIG. We are the lifeblood of the arts and learning research community within AERA. Leadership initiatives include continuing our shared ideas and collaborations within the executive committee, rebirthing the publication of the IGNITE newsletter in early December and April, getting membership feedback, creating networking and mentoring opportunities for SIG members, recognizing our SIG Dissertation Award winners, acknowledging the fabulous work of our Outstanding Achievement Award winners, and broadening our reach and relevance. Thank you for being a part of the Arts and Learning SIG — We are excited to see you at AERA!
