Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic impacted educational access for underserved youth and resulted in more limited participation in college and career preparation activities. This study evaluated the effectiveness of Paths to the Future for All (P2F4A) a semester-length college and career readiness curriculum implemented in three high schools during the 2021-2022 academic year. Pre-post surveys and focus group interviews resulted in mixed findings. Three of 12 outcome measures showed statistically significant pre to posttest change, including increases in college and career knowledge and emotional self-efficacy, along with a decrease in peer support at school. Focus group participants highlighted relevancy of the P2F4A curriculum content and impact on their post-school goals and plans.
