| Abstract: |
This qualitative study utilized Black Feminist Thought, intersectionality theory and Sista Circle Methodology to explore the common experiences of Black Women who serve in administrative roles in the California Community College system. With the retention of Black students being tied to having access to Black employees on campus, it is important to understand these experiences to create a educational system that values Black women administrators and retains them.
