| Abstract: |
The purpose of this study is to investigate how undergraduate social work educators (BSWEs) teach to encourage student development to engage in anti-racist social work praxis. In the previous chapter I discussed the findings which were: 1) preparation and searching for support; 2) being intentional about the inclusion of raced content in the classroom; and 3) varied strategies for fostering self- awareness and self-regulation in students.
Based on the findings, I will suggest implications for undergraduate social work education programs and the social work profession
