Abstract: The research explored the gender equity in lifelong learning within the contemporary US educational ecosystem. In the present paper, gender equity was investigated in such aspects as lifelong learning disposition, the participation of learning activities, and the outcomes of lifelong learning. Data were chosen from the dataset constructed by the Pew Research Center (2015) and were analyzed with SPSS 25 with related non-parametric statistical analyses, namely, the Mann-Whitney U Test and the Chi-square Test for Independence. Findings indicated that despite similar lifelong learning disposition there exist differences in the choice of learning activities and the outcomes of lifelong learning; they were expected to provide inspirations for resources (re) distribution for gender equity in lifelong learning.
