Abstract: In this research, we evaluate the fit of a model of subtle or latent prejudices toward the university population with disability condition. The structure, identified in a previous exploratory analysis, generated a model with four latent factors. In this study, the model´s fit is evaluated through a Confirmatory Factor Analysis, obtaining excellent fit indices. Results provide validity evidences based on their internal structure (AERA, NCME, & APA, 2014). These results confirm the usefulness of the instrument to design inclusive policies and to evaluate results for the change in institutional culture. The invariance of the model in different cultural media and the gender subscale constitute this model´s most valuable contribution of this model.
