Division J graduate representatives and the member-at-large are dedicated to serving Division J graduate students and representing Division J within the larger AERA organization. They are committed to social justice, equity, and inclusion and aim to strengthen opportunities and experiences for all graduate students, particularly those historically underserved by current social systems.
