Mentors and Mentees for the Division H Coffee Mentoring Program

This is a call for the Division H—Coffee Mentoring Program. At the Annual Meeting we pair up graduate students with veteran members of Division H who have similar research interests and/or career paths.

This program is designed to help graduate students with networking as well as obtaining useful information on research and interests. It also provides mentors the opportunity to help prepare future professionals in our field and to get to know potential future colleagues. In previous years, the Coffee Mentoring program has led to long-term connections in the field, further mentoring, and employment opportunities.

Our Junior Graduate Student Representative, Colin McGinnis (DivisionH.GraduateStudents@gmail.com), will match mentors and mentees using information you submit in the respective links below. Applicants will be notified of pairings, and then it is up to the mentor and mentee to set up a time to meet at the Annual Meeting in New York City. Each mentor can be reimbursed for up to $25 for food and beverages consumed during the meeting.
