AERA has moved the deadline for submissions for the 2013 Annual Meeting. The new deadline is Monday, July 23, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The change from the original July 22 date was made to avoid a Sunday deadline.

The AERA Online Submission System will available until 11:59 p.m.Pacific Time on July 23 for new submissions and for persons who have already advanced submissions and wish to reenter the system to further refine their work. The new deadline will not be extended, and late submissions will not be accepted.

The call for submissions requests high-quality work advanced by AERA members, education researchers, and other scholars in adjacent fields. Paper submissions must take the form of complete papers. AERA encourages submitting as soon as possible and in advance of the deadline, as last-minute uploads can overwhelm the system and cause delays.

The 2013 AERA Annual Meeting will be held April 27 to May 1 in San Francisco, California.
