Deadline for Submitting Recommendations for AERA-wide Offices Also Extended to August 30

The AERA Nominating Committee for the SIG Executive Committee (EC) seeks recommendations for well-qualified candidates for two at-large positions during the 2018 election. The two at-large members will each serve a three-year term commencing at the end of the 2018 AERA Annual Meeting.

The deadline to make recommendations is August 30. Any current AERA member who is also a member of at least one SIG may advance recommendations. The 2018 election will open in January 2018. Recommendations can be submitted here.  

As reported in the June issue of Highlights, the AERA Nominating Committee is also seeking recommendations for candidates for AERA-wide offices. The deadline for submitting recommendations for AERA-wide offices has been extended to August 30.
