AERA is launching an “AERA Members in the News” webpage. The page will feature AERA members whose research is covered by the media, who are quoted as experts in news stories, or whose opinion pieces on education research-related topics are published in regional, national, or international news outlets.
AERA encourages members to submit such information to communications@aera.net with a link to the news item.
The new page aims to inform regular readers and visitors to the AERA website about coverage of education research in the news. Through its communication capacity, the association wants to highlight work that receives media attention or is otherwise newsworthy.
Guidelines for newsworthy information are available on the AERA website.
