AERA Hurricane Help

As set forth in an Open Letter from AERA on September 7, the Association has established this informational resource to directly help education researchers, faculty, and students suffering the consequences of Hurricane Katrina. The resource includes information on faculty and professional opportunities, student opportunities, housing and other support, and additional resources.

AERA invites persons in the education research community uprooted by Hurricane Katrina to use this national information network. AERA also seeks postings related to education research from colleges and universities and other research organizations and institutions so that this resource is as helpful as possible. If you can add visiting faculty or visiting researchers at any level; have research projects where graduate students or trained researchers could join; or can offer accommodations, library privileges, or other forms of access, please transmit this information immediately to AERA Hurricane Help (use that as the subject) at outreach@aera.net, and the information will be added to the links below.
