2008 Annual Meeting
Housing and Hotel Rates
Special meeting rates have been negotiated with hotels in the area of the meeting site. AERA Annual Meeting Housing will open in early December. Please do not contact the hotels directly. Reservations will be able to be made starting in early December through AERA's Housing Bureau.
Hotel rates for the AERA Annual Meeting are listed with this form and are listed in U.S. dollars. All rates are per room night and are subject to applicable taxes. The special AERA rates can be guaranteed only if the request is accompanied by the Advance Registration Form and payment of the registration fee is received during the advance registration period.
Confirmations
The AERA Housing Bureau will send confirmation of hotel reservation to registrants within 5 to 7 days of receiving the request. Please review all information for accuracy. Persons sharing accommodations should submit registration/housing forms and payment together. The AERA Housing Bureau will send a confirmation to all registered persons sharing the room. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within this time frame, please contact the AERA Housing Bureau at 1-800-262-9974 or 1-404-842-0000.
Reservations can also be accessed online at https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_mod&eventID=55257. Please note: reservation confirmations will not be sent directly from any hotel.
Changes and Cancellations in Hotel Reservations
Changes and cancellations to an existing reservation can not be made until Thursday, March 13, 2008. Starting Thursday, March 13, 2008, all changes and cancellations to existing reservations must be made directly through your hotel. Please contact your hotel directly to make any reservation modifications.
Please note your hotel’s cancellation policy; it can be found in your reservation confirmation.
